Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for physical products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us before returning the item so we can assist with troubleshooting.
A product is considered defective only if it fails to operate under normal intended use. Issues caused by setup, compatibility, network conditions, or user error are not considered defects.
We may request additional information (such as photos, logs, or troubleshooting steps) before approving a return or replacement.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund or replacement is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized products
Sale items or gift cards
Hazardous materials or regulated goods
Service & Subscription Fees
The PrintGuardian service is tied to your device and may be activated upon use.
Service fees and subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been activated or used, regardless of hardware return status.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order.
