Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99.

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after the carrier receives the shipment.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working to expand availability in the future.

If international shipping becomes available, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Preorders

From time to time, we may offer preorders for out-of-stock or upcoming products.

Preorders are charged at the time of purchase and will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping timelines may be provided at checkout but are subject to change.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly with the carrier.

Lost or Missing Shipments
